# Using Grow and Monetize Boosts to build new partnerships

When you publish a **Grow Boosts** offer, it appears in the Boosts Marketplace where other publications can apply to boost your newsletter. But you don’t have to wait for others to find you — you can also proactively invite publications to boost you directly.

When using **Monetize Boosts**, other publications can invite you to boost their newsletters as well — making it easier to build partnerships and expand your reach faster than simply applying to open offers.

## How to use Grow Boosts to invite publications to boost yours

>
> These instructions are only valid if you have already [created a Boosts offer](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/14492963616279) in the marketplace.

1.  From your [Grow with Boosts dashboard](https://app.beehiiv.com/grow/boosts), navigate to the **Overview** tab. Next to your offer, click the **Invite Publications to Boost** button under the Find Potential Partners card.

2.  The **Boost Invites** modal will open. Here, you can search for potential partners by typing in a publication name or using filters such as content category tag, publication name, language, or country.

    > **Tech Note**
    >
    > Private publications, or those without a publication name or logo, will not appear in search results or Boost Invite lists.
    
3.  Once you find a publication that you’d like to invite, you can include a short message under **Reason for inviting this publication**, then click the **Send Boost Invite** button.

    > Boost invites automatically expire after 7 days if not accepted.
    
4.  To view the invites that you have sent, click the **Invites Sent** tab from the Boost Invites modal.

    If you want to cancel an invite, simply click **Cancel Invitation** next to the publication.

5.  When a publication accepts your invite, you’ll receive a notification letting you know that they are now boosting your publication. You can [adjust your notification preferences here](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/13062132039959).

## How to use Monetize Boosts to accept Boost invites

> To participate in the Boosts Marketplace and to accept Boosts invitations, you must first complete [Stripe Identity Verification](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12889886149655). Once verified, you can link your bank account to your [beehiiv Wallet](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/14194157250583) using a [Stripe Express account](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/30065237532823). 1.  When another publication invites you to boost their offer, you’ll receive a [notification](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/13062132039959) in your account.

    You’ll also see the invitation in the **Overview tab** of your [Monetize Boosts dashboard](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/29932242135063). To access it, go to **Monetize >** [**Boosts**](https://app.beehiiv.com/monetize/boosts/overview) from the left-hand panel.

2.  Click on the **Review Boost Invites** button to view all of your pending invitations.

3.  You’ll be able to view full offer details for each invite, including payout and targeting criteria. From there, you can choose to **Decline** or **Accept Invite**.

    If you choose to accept, click **I Understand & Accept Invite** to confirm. Once accepted, the Boost becomes active immediately — no additional steps are required.
