Community Terms of Use (Community TOU)
The Community Terms of Use is the agreement between beehiiv and those individuals who sign up to be members in Communities. Key provisions include: (1) agreement on the part of members to abide by beehiiv's Acceptable Use Policy and beehiiv's rights if there are violations, (2) clarity on roles (beehiiv provides the platform, publishers control access and are primarily responsible for moderation), (3) data rights, (4) promises from members relating to things like non-infringement of content they post, (5) handling disputes, (6) limitations on warranties and liabilities.
