# Integrating Linktree with your beehiiv publication

Linktree is a link-in-bio tool that lets you share one link across your social profiles, pointing to everything you want your audience to find: your newsletter, website, podcast, products, and social channels. 

With the beehiiv integration, you can add an email signup form directly to your Linktree page, and any visitor who submits their email is automatically added to your beehiiv publication as a subscriber.

This article covers connecting your beehiiv publication to Linktree, adding an email signup form to your Linktree page, and confirming new signups are syncing correctly.

## What you'll need before you start

-   An active [Linktree](https://linktr.ee/) account with a published page.
-   A beehiiv account where you are an Admin or Owner. Only [Admin and Owner users](https://beehiivhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/27753463738263) can authorize integrations for a workspace.

## How to connect beehiiv to Linktree

1.  Log in to your [Linktree account](https://linktr.ee/) or create a new Linktree account.

2.  From the left panel, click **Audience**.

3.  Select the **Integrations** tab.

4.  Find beehiiv under **Audience integrations** and click **Connect**.

5.  Click **Connect beehiiv**.

6.  If you aren't already signed in to beehiiv in your browser, you'll be prompted to log in. Once signed in, review and approve the permissions Linktree is requesting on the **Connect to beehiiv** screen.

7.  Click **Grant access** to approve the connection.

8.  Use the **Publication** dropdown to select which beehiiv publication you want new Linktree signups to sync into.

## How to add an email signup form on your Linktree page

1.  From the left panel, click **My Linktree** to return to your page editor.

2.  Click **Add**.

3.  Select **Form** from the add menu.

4.  Choose the **Email sign up** template ('Grow your mailing list').

5.  Customize the form's intro message, an optional custom terms and conditions toggle, and outro message (for example, 'Thanks for submitting!'), then click **Done**.
    -   Additionally, you can set your Custom Fields for 'First Name' and 'Last Name'.

## Managing your connection

1.   Since you established the Connection to beehiiv earlier, new subscribers will be sent to your publication. Open the form's settings and select **Sync to other platforms**.

2.  To review or change which publication receives new signups, or to disconnect the integration, return to **Audience > Integrations** in Linktree and click **Manage** on the beehiiv tile.

## Frequently asked questions about the Linktree integration

Why aren't my Linktree signups appearing in beehiiv?

Confirm the integration shows as connected under **Audience > Integrations** in Linktree, and that the correct beehiiv publication is selected. If the connection looks correct but subscribers still aren't appearing, please use the chatbot to help you reach out to beehiiv support, or access the [Help page](https://app.beehiiv.com/help) in your account.

What happens if a subscriber already exists in beehiiv?

If the email address already exists in your publication, beehiiv will not create a duplicate. The existing subscriber record is updated.

Can I connect more than one beehiiv publication?

The Linktree integration syncs to 1 beehiiv publication at a time, selected from the **Publication** dropdown when you connect. To sync a different publication, return to **Audience > Integrations** and update your selection.
